RxRecall Support

Restore your purchases

1. Open RxRecall's purchase screen, or go to Plan → Settings → Purchases.
2. Tap Restore purchases to recover an active subscription or lifetime purchase.
3. Confirm the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

If access does not return, email us with the on-screen error message. Do not send payment-card information.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Apple manages billing and cancellations. Deleting RxRecall does not cancel your subscription.

If you are switching to lifetime access, cancel subscription renewal first. A lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Add the Lock Screen widget

1. Touch and hold your iPhone Lock Screen, then tap Customize.
2. Select Lock Screen, then tap the widget area.
3. Choose RxRecall and add the widget.
4. Open RxRecall once if the widget is not immediately available.
